Putco has donated 30 crutches and walking sticks to the Winnie Mandela Old Age Home in Vaalbank, Mpumalanga. It gives us great joy to know that these items will help the elderly have an improved level of independence as they go about their daily activities.
Putco has also donated bus seats to the Mosa Mohau ZCC Church and Lingitjhudu High School in Ekangala and the Apostolic Church in Kwa-Mhlanga. We have previously donated sanitary wear to Somkhahlelwa C.H. High School in Siyabuswa and neighbouring schools as well as school uniform to the Sibonelo Primary School also in Siyabuswa and neighbouring ones. Over 1000 learners benefitted from the school uniform and sanitary pad drive.
We also issued 200 loyal passengers each with R300’s worth of vouchers to purchase back-to-school items at their local retail stores in 2025 and distributed hundreds of school bags at main bus exchange points and to learners at Hlolisisa Primary School in Ekangala at the start of the 2026 academic year.
It is our mission to give back to our Mpumalanga communities in meaningful ways.
