I’d like to express my appreciation for the prompt and efficient way my query was handled. The staff member was courteous, attentive, and ensured I had all the information I needed. It made my travel experience smooth and stress-free. We are warm now in the bus as I have consistently using it even though random days.
And thank you for also coming back to me and making efforts to call me when I was extremely not happy.
The bus driver was also keeping me posted when I asked him if anyone has alerted him of any possible changes regarding the bus.
