Soshanguve Shift 352 commuters
“We as Putco commuters of bus shift 352, would like to express our special gratitude and thanks to our local Soshanguve Depot, Head Office and relevant stakeholder (s) for enhancing a collective action and decision in terms of dispatching a new, extraordinary, beautiful, spectacular, comfortable, luxury and well innovated world class Mercedez Benz Bus to us after we made a request for it due to experiencing frequent breakdowns. We are fully appreciating your services rendered to us. Late coming, written warnings and dismissals are past situations at our respective workplaces. Punctuality is the name of the game and order of the day. It is therefore the responsibility of all of us the parents, adults and matured commuters of the 352 shift family to take good care of it by practising good housekeeping towards it.”
Former Batho Pele Passenger Forum Secretary-General Olga Xaba
“Whenever he's got a breakdown (driver Peter Hlatshwayo) or if he won't be in, he informs us in time. The past week his bus was on service but he made sure that he gets a bus.”

“What a surprise to see Elvis (Mabape Acting Operations Manager Soshanguve) at the pick-up point. This was proof that Putco really make an effort to deliver their promise of (an) outstanding service and I must also mention all the friendly and professional drivers. One driver Phindile Ndala made such an impression on us. Lastly, what a gem of a gentlemen you sent to help us on the day. At Kyalami. I can now understand when you told me not to worry. You said Given (Seanego) will make sure all runs smoothly.”

“Driver Meshack Phasha (from Roseville in Pretoria) is very professional, understanding and committed. He made sure that everyone is safe and comfortable. We thank him for handling a difficult situation in a calm manner and for being patient with everyone.”

I have been working for Dischem at Strubensvalley and been riding Putco Buses since year 2010 till now. I know we "Putco commuters” sometimes get impatient and complain about your service but trust me, these three people are the Best.
Mrs/Ms Witness Mhlongo and Mr Ntombela.
I really appreciate their help and may the Lord Keep safe from covid19 and bless them with more life time. I've been relying to Mr Mashifane all the past years, I guess he can tell you about Rumsey Commuters who always bug him even when he's not on duty.
May they be rewarded please? I’m very grateful and happy about their best accurate customer service they showed to me and the other commuters. They have love and care for us, they give us feedback if we need help about buses and they call us in the evening to make sure we're home safe.
I don't have much words but I'm very grateful about their customer service. They deserve more, maybe an award as best employees of the months or something. May they keep their customer service as best as it is
Thank you so much.

I'm very impressed with the compliance your drivers are adhering to pertaining to the Covid-19 regulations. There is a driver by the name of Thapelo Kekana, He is a very good driver and very friendly as well. We need more drivers like him on the long distance routes.

Good day I would like to congratulate the Putco staff as follows: Mr Makena Mokoena they are always going the extra mile for us in Centurion they never disappoint us, the two dispatchers at Big Tree mall in the afternoon and in the morning, Mr Nkosi and Mr Mahlangu they really give us an outstanding service when it comes to looking after us with the buses. Lastly I also want to thank the Centurion drivers as follows, Mr Matshiga driving train bus 1009 Mr Phala driving bus number 2348, Doctor driving bus number 6073, Mr Masombuka in bus number 6372 and the other driver using bus number 2348. All those drivers know the Putco operations very well. Thank you.
Mr Leso
We would like to take this opportunity and extend our sincere gratitude to Mr Leso. He goes the extra mile to ensure that commuters are safe and well serviced.
On behalf of all commuters using Putco, please accept our appreciation for the excellent job that your staff member has done over the past several months in transporting us safely. It is an enormous undertaking but continues to go smoothly and efficiently!
Thanks to your leadership and dedication combined with your staff's teamwork and energy, we now enjoy traveling these long distances safely. Putco and its employees should take great pride in this accomplishment.

I would like to take this opportunity and extend my sincere gratitude towards Mr S Ntombela, who goes an extra mile, to ensure that commuters are safe and well serviced.
On 10 September, bus 9026 got stuck just after we have joined the freeway near Malibongwe drive. I spoke to Mr Ntombela to assist us as the buses that traverse M1 are very scarce and it was getting darker as night fell. He made sure that we got another bus since our bus was full to capacity. We need leaders like him in this industry, people who dedicate their time to assist others. I have never met the gentleman in person but his management qualities have always left me in awe!
He listens attentively even if someone doesn’t make sense, is not quick to answer, if he can't help you, he will give you clear reasons. He is rational and considerate, yet strict at the same time. We need such qualities in leadership not Bosses, Bosses sink ships all the time, because they are not open to new ideas and advice.
Thank you once more.
