I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for outstanding service provided by one of your bus drivers. On the 17th of August 2026 around 9am, I was a passenger on the bus 1831 traveling from Moloto to Mamelodi.
The driver, Xolani Mdletshe, displayed exceptional professionalism, patience, and skill as always. He maintained a calm and courteous demeanor with all passengers, adhered strictly to road safely, and ensured everyone reached their stops safely and comfortably. The driver deserves recognition because he was incredibly polite and helpful to everyone on board.
In a time when reliable public transport is so vital, this level of dedication and care truly stoop out. Please ensure this feedback is passed along to the driver and their depot management to recognize their hard work. Thank you for continuing to maintain high standards of service.
