I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the drivers of shifts 9445 and 9146.
I travel on shift 9445 from Zone 9 Meadowlands in the morning and use 9146 from Auckland Park in the afternoon. Over time, I have come to appreciate the consistently excellent service they provide. They are always punctual, professional and most importantly they treat passengers with kindness and respect.
As someone who relies on these services every day, it is reassuring to know that we can count on them to be on time and to create a pleasant travel experience. Their positive attitude and dedication do not go unnoticed, and they truly make our daily commute much more enjoyable.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks to both drivers. They are a credit to your organization, and I believe they deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provide.
Kind regards,
Gugu Mabunda
