Complaint Suggestion and Enquiry Process

Below are the communication channels which you may choose, depending on the nature of the complaint, suggestion or enquiry

  1. Talk to the Driver – General shift and Fare information.
  2. Contact the inspectors or any Putco official– Complaints, suggestions and general enquiries regarding routes, time tables and fares

  5. Log the compliant on the Putco website– Complaints, suggestions and general enquiries regarding routes, time tables and fares
  6. Log the compliant on the Putco website under Unresolved Complaints. – Should you experience continued problems which is not resolved.
